This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all subscriptions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation can be made either:
Through your Stripe customer portal (the link is provided in your welcome email and in our website), or
By emailing us at [email protected].
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You can also cancel during your 7-day free trial to avoid being charged. There is no need to contact us — just cancel before your trial ends.
All payments are non-refundable, as stated during the checkout process and in our Terms of Use.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month, and it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
We do not offer refunds for partial use of the service, forgetting to cancel, or misinterpreting the subscription terms.
In special cases, we may offer a partial refund (excluding payment processing fees) within 3 days of a monthly charge.
Each case is reviewed individually and is not guaranteed.
This applies only to the monthly plan. The annual plan is not refundable after payment is processed.
If a chargeback (dispute) is opened through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently block access to our services.
Filing a dispute after using the service may be considered fraudulent activity.
