Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Finance Hydra, we are committed to maintaining a transparent relationship with our clients.

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all subscriptions.


Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation can be made either:

    • Through your Stripe customer portal (the link is provided in your welcome email and in our website), or

    • By emailing us at [email protected].

  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You can also cancel during your 7-day free trial to avoid being charged. There is no need to contact us — just cancel before your trial ends.


Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, as stated during the checkout process and in our Terms of Use.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month, and it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial use of the service, forgetting to cancel, or misinterpreting the subscription terms.


Exceptions – Partial Refunds

  • In special cases, we may offer a partial refund (excluding payment processing fees) within 3 days of a monthly charge.

  • Each case is reviewed individually and is not guaranteed.

  • This applies only to the monthly plan. The annual plan is not refundable after payment is processed.


Chargebacks

  • If a chargeback (dispute) is opened through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently block access to our services.

  • Filing a dispute after using the service may be considered fraudulent activity.

  • We are always available to resolve billing issues directly and fairly. Please reach out before contacting your bank.
