Purchases and Refunds

Through the website, The Finance Hydra offers subscription services.

When purchasing subscription, a valid credit card will be required for billing purposes. Payments are processed by Stripe, inc or Paypal.

You hereby consent to, acknowledge and allow The Finance Hydra to store (or cause a third party to store on behalf of The Finance Hydra such payment information and agree to the following policies and procedures for payment of subscription membership.

You will have a seven-day trial period exclusively on the Hydra Trading – TOP 5% plan (Telegram channel). If you don’t cancel the trial, you will be charged monthly.

Immediately upon signing up for a service, the fees associated with the first period of your selected service (monthly) will be charged to such credit card. Your membership is automatically renewed every month unless cancelled.

If the credit card associated with your account or service should expire, terminate or any payment is otherwise rejected by the issuing company, The Finance Hydra may immediately terminate your account or service. It is solely your responsibility to ensure (1) that valid credit card information remains on file for your account or service and the automatic renewal thereof, and (2) that a valid email address remains on file for your account or service for any communications from us.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the membership menu, Stripe management page, or by contacting us via email.

All payments made to The Finance Hydra and any renewal thereof, are non-refundable; If you don’t want to subscribe any more, you should cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

The Finance Hydra is not required to provide, any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal.

We reserve the right to attribute refunds under special circumstances decided on case by case.
